These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website dashboard.northspireagency.com and related advertising tools operated by Northspire Agency ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Northspire Agency provides digital marketing and advertising services for real estate professionals, including the creation and management of advertising campaigns on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Our dashboard is an internal tool used to manage these campaigns on behalf of our clients.
Our dashboard and advertising tools are intended for use by Northspire Agency team members and authorised clients only. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
If you are provided with login credentials to access our dashboard, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

All content, designs, and tools within the Northspire Agency dashboard are the property of Northspire Agency. Ad creatives produced on behalf of clients are licensed to those clients for the agreed-upon advertising purposes.
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including Meta, Google, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northspire Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific advertising results or outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
