These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services, websites and software tools provided by Northspire Agency ("we", "us", "our"), including northspireagency.com, dashboard.northspireagency.com and any related site or tool we operate. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Northspire Agency provides marketing, advertising and appointment-setting services for real estate professionals. This includes planning and running advertising campaigns on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), building landing pages, following up with the leads those campaigns produce, and booking appointments for our clients.
We also give clients access to software tools that support this work, such as reporting dashboards and social media scheduling. Where a tool lets you connect an account you own, content prepared in your workspace is published to that account at the scheduled times. You are responsible for that content and may disconnect any account at any time.
If you have a signed service agreement with us, that agreement sets out the fees, deliverables and term of our work. Where it differs from these Terms, the service agreement takes priority.
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. Our dashboard and client tools are for use by Northspire Agency team members and our clients; client accounts are created by us as part of onboarding. You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services.
If you are given login credentials for our dashboard or any of our tools, you are responsible for keeping them confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, designs, software and tools on our websites and in our dashboard are the property of Northspire Agency. Ad creatives, copy and landing pages produced for a client are licensed to that client for the agreed advertising purposes.
You keep ownership of the materials you give us, such as photos, videos, logos and listing details, and you give us permission to use them to deliver our services. You confirm you have the right to share them with us.
Our services work with third-party platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northspire Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific advertising results or outcomes.
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
